1. Agreement
These Terms and Conditions form the basis on which DOBIEN WEB provides services to a client. A project may also be governed by a written proposal, invoice, service order, statement of work or support agreement.
2. Services
DOBIEN WEB provides software development, website development, managed hosting, technical maintenance, API integration, payment integration implementation and related digital infrastructure services. Services are provided only after scope review and written acceptance.
3. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate business, contact, project and billing information.
- Provide required content, brand materials, access credentials and approvals on time.
- Use delivered services lawfully and in line with the Acceptable Use Policy.
- Keep admin credentials secure and notify DOBIEN WEB of suspected compromise.
4. Pricing and payments
Prices are confirmed in writing before paid work starts. Deposits, milestone payments, monthly hosting charges, maintenance charges and third-party costs may apply. Third-party services are charged separately unless included in writing.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales unless a separate written contract states otherwise.
