1. Custom software and website projects
Deposits and milestone payments cover reserved time, planning, design, development and project work. If a client cancels before work starts, a refund may be available except for third-party costs and administrative costs already incurred. Once work has started, refunds are assessed according to completed work and agreed milestones.
2. Completed digital deliverables
Completed and delivered digital work is generally non-refundable unless the delivered service materially fails to match the confirmed written scope and DOBIEN WEB is unable to correct the issue within a reasonable time.
3. Hosting and third-party costs
Hosting, maintenance and support plans are generally non-refundable after provisioning. Domain names, licences, paid APIs, external hosting and other third-party costs are non-refundable unless the third-party provider issues a refund.
4. Requesting a refund
Refund requests must be sent to info@dobien.uk with the invoice number, service name, reason for request and supporting information.
